Q. What hours are you open?
A. Monday to Friday 7.30 am. to 5 pm.

Q. What kind of keys are you able to cut?
A. Most straightforward keys, door keys, padlock keys etc.

Q. Can I get some help in programming my alarm system?
A. Yes, as long as the system was bought from us we are more than happy to assist.

Q. I can’t see the cable assembly I need on your product list can you make one for me?
A. Yes, we make cable assemblies to order.

Q. I don’t want to buy a whole drum of cable, I only need a short length?
A. We will cut to length as required.

Q. Can I open an account?
A. Yes, certain conditions apply, our terms are payment by the 20th month following purchase.

Q. Are you able to send my purchase to me?
A. We freight throughout NZ.
